FAQ
Do I need a doctor’s referral to see you?
Yes, for several reasons. It is helpful to rule out any infection or other medical condition which may be causing your symptoms. We also need a copy of the referral for our records and your insurer may well need a copy if you have an extended health care plan which reimburses you for Physiotherapy.
Are your services covered under OHIP?
No, they are not. However Physiotherapy is covered under many extended health care plans. Contact your insurer to find out your level of coverage for Physiotherapy.
How long will I be having treatment?
Your initial assessment will take one hour. Follow-up treatments generally last 45 minutes. How many treatments you require will depend on your individual problems and on what we find during the assessment.
